TREATMENT TIMES

Please arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for a relaxed check in and for preparation prior to your treatment.
Treatments must start and finish at the scheduled time to accommodate all clients.  If, for any reason, the start time of your treatment is delayed and you have arrived on time, we will endeavour to provide you with your full treatment. We will do our best to start your treatment at the scheduled time but will not be liable for any delays.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us no less than 24 hours notice prior to your treatment (or 48 hours notice if your treatment is more than two hours).  Appointments cancelled with less notice or “no shows” may result in a charge of 25% of the cost of your treatment.
Prior to your treatment, we will endeavour to send you a text message, or email, or we will telephone you to remind you of your appointment time.  The method of communication that we will use will depend on your preferred contact method (as indicated to us).

MOBILE PHONES

We ask you that you please turn off or put on silence your mobile phone upon arrival at the spa to ensure that your treatment (and those of other clients) is relaxed and enjoyable.

DISCLOSURE

It is important that we are fully aware of all medical and health conditions before commencing any new treatment.  You agree that, prior to your treatment (and any subsequent treatment), you have disclosed all relevant medical and health conditions (including pregnancy, allergies, heart conditions, injuries and all skin conditions).  If you are unsure whether or not a health or medical condition is relevant, you agree to discuss this with your therapist prior to the treatment commencing.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are available for any specific treatment or any dollar value.  All vouchers have a twelve month expiry.  Vouchers are non-refundable.

If your voucher has expired, it is now only redeemable using the value of the original treatment.

THERAPIST

While we will do our best to accommodate your request for a particular therapist, we cannot always guarantee that a particular therapist will be available and we reserve our right to provide a substitute therapist without notice.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT

We endeavour to treat all our clients with dignity and respect and we expect our staff to be treated in the same manner.  We reserve our right to refuse to provide services where staff are treated inappropriately.

CAR PARKING

Car Parking for Tonic Spa is located behind the spa on the back decks. They are clearly labelled for your ease.

Titirangi Road Parking - there is ample public parking along Titirangi Rd as you approach the Village - varying from 30min - 60mins closer to the Village to all day a little further away. It may involve a short walk up the hill to us ( 3-5mins)

Public Community Parking - There are 3 Public Parking options for the Village located at the top of South Titirangi Rd. The largest of which is accessed by entering into the Titirangi Community Centre (where the Village market is held). This is all day parking.
